How do I receive a voucher or gift card?+

How long is a gift card valid?+
Edoardo Patrone gift cards published on the website are normally valid for 12 months unless otherwise stated. Always check the validity shown on the voucher you purchased.
Where can I use the gift card?+
Edoardo Patrone gift cards can be used according to the conditions stated on the voucher, online and/or at enabled locations.
Can I use only part of the gift card value?+
It depends on the conditions of the gift card purchased. If the gift card is stated to be single-use, any unused value from the same transaction does not remain available.
Can I use the gift card after it expires?+
The date and conditions stated on the voucher apply. If you have questions about validity, contact us before it expires.
After buying an experience, do I need to book?+
When an experience requires a date or availability, follow the instructions received after purchase or contact us to arrange the booking.
Can I exercise the right of withdrawal for an experience or event?+

Can I give an experience as a gift?+
