From cellar to table

Gentle pressing and a first fermentation at low temperature are followed by the Charmat method secondary fermentation in a pressure tank.

Pairing and serving

Serve at 6–8 °C for an aperitif, with starters and light first or main courses. It also makes a gift alongside Panettone Rosa al Basin.
