• 1 bottle of Lepontinum red Merlot, 750 ml, Edoardo Patrone
• 1 pack of Beura stone-ground polenta, 500 g, Mulino San Giorgio
• 1 Burki smoked, aged ricotta, approximately 200 g

Gift box with protective filling. Products are individually packaged.

Serving suggestion

Cook the polenta and finish with shavings of smoked ricotta. Serve with Lepontinum Merlot for a mountain-inspired meal.

• Beura polenta: corn flour.
• Burki ricotta: salted, smoked and aged product made from cow’s milk.

The ricotta contains milk. Lepontinum contains sulphites. For possible traces and product-specific information, refer to the individual labels.

Packaging and storage

Follow each producer’s instructions for storage, expiry dates and use after opening. Keep the polenta and/or biscuits in a cool, dry place as indicated on their packaging. For ricotta, observe the producer’s storage conditions and temperature.
