This cream uses a traditional Southern Italian pumpkin variety harvested when the flesh is firm and naturally sweet. The result is a velvety cream that holds its texture during cooking.

Extra virgin olive oil and slow cooking

The producer adds 16% extra virgin olive oil from its own olive trees, golden onion, a little lemon juice and salt. Artisan-made in small batches with slow cooking, without preservatives or thickeners: its density comes from the pumpkin, not pectin or starch.

Serving ideas

Spread on rustic bread crostini, use as a sauce for short pasta or a risotto base, enrich soups, or replace tomato on a gourmet white pizza.

Made in Italy by Azienda Agricola Minnelea. Glass jar with twist-off lid; net weight 200 g.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place away from heat and direct light. Once opened, refrigerate and consume within 7 days.
