Garnet colour, sour cherry and dried plum, followed by tobacco, herbs, toast and smoky notes. Balanced on the palate with soft tannins.

From cellar to table

Ageing in French oak is followed by maturation in bottle, accompanying Nebbiolo’s complexity and the interplay of fruit and developed notes.

Pairing and serving

Pair with red meat, stewed game and full-flavoured or aged cheeses. The winery recommends serving at 20 °C.
