Deep salmon colour introduces rose petals, peach and nectarine with an orange-zest accent. Dry and fresh, it has enough presence to accompany full-flavoured dishes.
From cellar to table
Brief skin contact precedes fermentation. Ageing takes place in stainless steel on the lees with bâtonnage, before maturation in bottle.
